- Brown Township
Brown Township is located in the northwest corner of Carroll County, Ohio. Brown township was founded in 1815. It was the first independent township in Carroll County. Brown township was originally part of Stark County. It was named for John Brown, who resided in the Pekin area and who built the first mill in the area.
